Account Manager
Job Summary
To support the delivery of strategic Publications programs for pharmaceutical clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee scientific communication initiatives, and ensure project success by collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, fostering trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Lead the delivery of scientific communication projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, and congress materials
- Manage project plans, budgets, and financial tracking while identifying risks and opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in medical communications supporting Publications
- Experience managing scientific communication deliverables and strong project management skills
- Confidence in building client relationships and collaborating across diverse teams
- Knowledge of publication guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP
