To support a growing client base, the part-time hourly Advertising Client Account Manager will manage the onboarding of advertisers, ensure timely delivery of sponsor requirements, and maintain a customer retention rate of over 75% while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard up to 10 advertisers per month, coordinating with internal teams and addressing client inquiries
- Ensure all sponsor requirements are received and delivered by deadlines, leading monthly client meetings
- Achieve an annual customer retention rate of over 75% and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Required qualifications
- Experience in client management or account management
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices; background in the fertility industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently as a contractor in a remote environment
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple clients simultaneously
