Supporting sales operations and managing client accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will onboard clients, prepare quotes, and ensure timely order fulfillment while building long-term relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales
- Generate timely, accurate quotes and oversee customer account management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or customer support roles

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in contract and agreement negotiations
- Must be based in the United States, preferably in the PST time zone
