Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager.

- Own the renewal/expansion portion of the customer lifecycle and deliver best-in-class customer experiences
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and execute revenue-driving opportunities
Qualifications:
- Past experience in Account Executive, Customer Success, or Account Management roles
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven track record in managing contract renewals and expansion sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
