Account Manager Engineering Staffing

Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Account Manager Engineering Staffing will drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining existing accounts, utilizing a remote work environment to facilitate communication and strategy across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively develop and manage relationships with a diverse client mix to enhance sales opportunities
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Recruiting, Sourcing, and Marketing professionals to ensure successful service delivery
• Utilize existing databases to generate new accounts and maximize revenue from current clients through various outreach methods

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field
• 2-4 years of Business to Business and Account Management experience
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools, including mail and shared drives
• Demonstrated ability to interface successfully with both internal and external clients
• Strong work ethic and a competitive attitude with proven closing skills
