Account Manager, Pest Control

Job Summary

Building and nurturing strong client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager, Pest Control will oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and business goals
• Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media management
• Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements based on SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management
• Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics
