Account Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer relationships, the full-time remote Account Procurement Specialist will perform complex supply chain and procurement tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient product procurement and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Grow service and product offerings while creating RFQ opportunities
• Assist with RFI/RFQ/RFP submissions and ensure completeness of documentation
• Build credibility with customers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience
• Minimum three years of sales/purchasing experience, preferably in a distribution environment
• Demonstrable experience working with suppliers and/or customers
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Experience with purchasing and managing gas pipe fittings is a plus
