Account Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, complex multi-account programs, the full-time remote Account Program Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure projects meet cost, performance, and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees development of work statements, budgets, and schedules for complex programs
• Acts as the primary point of contact with client program management, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives
• Monitors program progress, identifies risks, and implements risk mitigation strategies as necessary

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of project management experience, including budget development and project planning
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality management approaches
• Experience with delivery assurance policies and compliance procedures
• Understanding of client business objectives and critical success factors
• Proficiency in productivity and methodology tools that enhance project efficiency
