Account Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex multi-account programs, the full-time remote Account Program Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure projects meet cost, performance, and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees development of work statements, budgets, and schedules for large programs while ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Acts as the primary contact for client program management, performing ongoing reviews and identifying risks to maintain program course
• Prepares and recommends program budgets, monitoring spending to ensure adherence and optimizing resources for multiple projects

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of project management experience with methodologies such as Catalyst
• Experience with quality management approaches and delivery assurance principles
• Familiarity with project management software and finance/accounting concepts
• Understanding of client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
• Knowledge of administrative processes relevant to project management
