Account Relations Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison with vendors and business partners, the full-time remote Account Relations Manager will build strong relationships, assess performance data, and enhance vendor experiences while supporting compliance and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance
• Assesses key performance data to monitor and measure productivity of specific programs
• Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to handle escalations and facilitate new business implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
• Experience in sales, call center, or vendor management preferred
• Familiarity with AWS, Calabrio, Salesforce, Ascend, Excel, and Power BI preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
