Account Relations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance vendor relationships and support business requirements, the full-time remote Account Relations Manager will act as a liaison with vendors and business partners, manage performance data, and facilitate training and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance
• Assesses key performance data to monitor and measure productivity and compliance of specific programs
• Builds reports leveraging key performance data to identify areas for process improvements for vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of call center metrics and performance indicators preferred
• Experience with dialer platforms, CRM systems, and Power BI dashboards preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
