Account Representative

Job Summary

Managing assigned customer accounts, the remote Account Representative will deliver a high-touch service experience while serving as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring efficient handling of requests and prompt resolution of issues during West Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Respond to client inquiries and proactively provide tailored support and solutions
• Coordinate account maintenance activities and ensure accurate handling of client requests and orders

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Salesforce)
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
