Account Representative - Vehicle Refinish

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customers in the Richmond & Virginia Beach, VA market, the full-time Account Representative - Vehicle Refinish will execute sales plans, develop new business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers to execute the sales plan effectively
• Generate leads and maintain a pipeline by screening the customer base for new opportunities
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement necessary remedial actions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the paints and coatings industry or any B2B environment
• Ability to complete a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
