Account Resolution Analyst

Job Summary

Handling a high volume of third-party claims, the full-time Account Resolution Analyst will ensure accurate information is submitted to payers, initiate corrective actions for claims submission issues, and document all follow-up activities remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the submission of third-party claims and resolves issues that prevent timely processing
• Completes daily claims submissions and follows up on paid and unpaid claims to expedite payments
• Maintains knowledge of medical billing requirements and identifies trends impacting account resolution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate Degree in a business-related field preferred
• One to two years of experience in third-party claims management or billing in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
• Extensive knowledge of third-party insurance carriers and their billing requirements
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate various payer websites and web-based applications
