Job Summary
Supporting QuickBooks Online Accountant customers, the full-time Account Resolution Specialist will provide personalized assistance on accounting and tax platforms, guiding users through features such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls to assist customers with their QuickBooks accounts
- Deliver a premium customer service experience while guiding users through QuickBooks features
- Stay updated on QuickBooks versions and collaborate with peers to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks is required; QuickBooks Online Accountant experience is a plus
- Proven background in customer service, preferably in an advisory role
- Ability to learn new products and adapt to updates quickly
- Interest or experience in basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping and payroll
- Certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor is preferred
