Account Services Director

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Account Services Director will manage service delivery for assigned multi-line accounts, serving as a key contact for internal partners and brokers while resolving complex issues and enhancing customer experience through continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate service delivery on assigned account portfolio
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal business partners and servicing brokers
• Handle complex tasks and escalated issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial account service or a related insurance field
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant insurance designation preferred
• Expertise in Workers Compensation, Auto, General Liability, and other multi-line insurance products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of insurance platforms such as SmartSheets and ImageRight
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners
