Account Services Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing national sales team, the full-time remote Account Services Representative will manage customer prospects, execute sales initiatives, and provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate strategies
• Manage a pipeline of customer prospects using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Educate and sell to customers through various communication channels while achieving monthly sales goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of sales or customer relationship management experience
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in selling or supporting customer relationships for service solutions is advantageous
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Combination of education, experience, and training may meet requirements
