Account Services Representative

Job Summary

To support the service of financial products, the full-time remote Account Services Representative will perform inside sales, manage inbound and outbound calls, and update customer records while assisting borrowers with consumer lending applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to promote lending products and services while meeting departmental service levels
• Update call results and maintain records of customer interactions in relevant databases
• Participate in training and department meetings as directed by management

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of six months of inbound calling experience, including updating call results
• Consumer lending experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Excel and MS Access
• Able to work under stress while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
