Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support customer financial stability, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls to assist clients in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are behind on their auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance and support to clients
• Maintain up-to-date customer information to facilitate effective communication and account resolutions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated excellent customer support or persuasive skills (preferred)
