Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support customer financial stability, the full-time remote Account Solutions Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
• Handle a high volume of customer phone calls while maintaining accurate contact information
• Leverage company call models to set up payment promises and address additional customer service requests

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collections experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated excellent customer support or persuasive skills (preferred)
