Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing collections team, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer calls to assist clients in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
• Handle a high volume of phone calls to facilitate account updates and customer service requests
• Leverage established call models to set up payment promises and assist in stopping repossessions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated customer support or persuasive skills in previous roles (preferred)
