Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing collections team, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
• Handle a high volume of phone calls to assist customers in maintaining their accounts and addressing service requests
• Ensure accurate customer information is maintained for effective communication and support

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry is a plus
• Demonstrated persuasive skills in customer support roles
