Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Solutions Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession while providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
• Handle a high volume of customer phone calls to facilitate account updates and resolve inquiries
• Support customers in preventing vehicle repossession by developing tailored payment plans and solutions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collections experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support and persuasive skills
