Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing collections team, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create solutions to help customers avoid becoming further past due on their auto loans
• Professionally manage phone calls to assist customers in keeping their accounts current
• Ensure customer contact information is accurate and up to date for effective communication

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated excellent customer support or persuasive skills (preferred)
