Account Solutions Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing collections team, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossession, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments to create solutions for account management
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their financial situations
- Ensure accurate customer information and support additional service requests as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
- Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Experience in the finance or automotive industry is preferred
- Demonstrated persuasive skills in customer support roles
