Account Solutions Representative

Job Summary

To support customer financial stability, the full-time Account Solutions Representative will efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients in bringing their accounts current and preventing vehicle repossessions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers behind on payments to propose solutions for account management and repossession prevention
• Process customer service requests, including payment arrangements and updating contact information
• Receive and act upon feedback to enhance personal and team performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
