Driving profitable print sales growth, the full-time Account Specialist Print will manage custom print orders and support internal and external customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transactional and programmatic custom print orders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from quotation through delivery
• Support sales opportunities by converting customer requests into successful print sales and maintaining customer-branded websites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer issues and recommend process enhancements for operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience in print, digital copy, customer service, sales, or project management
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC-based applications
• Basic mathematical aptitude
