Account Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Account Supervisor will manage 3-5 client accounts, develop long-term relationships, and collaborate with team members in a remote environment while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for client accounts, ensuring alignment with budgets and project goals
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and clients, tracking project progress and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Cultivate new business opportunities through proposal development and outreach initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a communications or marketing agency
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience managing mid-level professionals
• Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and cultural humility
• Exceptional decision-making and organizational skills
