Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Accountant will support general ledger and close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records in a multi-entity environment.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly in accordance with internal control standards
- Prepare and submit month-end journal entries accurately and on time
- Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, collaborating with domestic and international affiliates
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
