Accountant
Job Summary
To support a growing accounting team, the full-time remote Accountant will ensure accuracy in cash transactions, administer expense reporting through Concur, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare related journal entries
- Administer Concur, manage user setups, and review employee expense reports for accuracy
- Support month-end close by preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite and Concur
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location organization
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
