Job Summary

Supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle on the Vantaca platform, the full-time remote Accountant will train users, audit financial data, and provide ongoing accounting support to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Train new and existing clients on Vantaca Accounting functionality and best practices
• Audit financial data to help clients resolve out-of-balance accounts and reconciliation issues
• Provide ongoing accounting support, training, and issue resolution for established clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, operations management, business analytics, or a related field
• Strong technology background with advanced Excel and data management skills
• Experience with HOA, property management, or similar industry accounting is a plus
• Highly organized with strong workload prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional and positive in interactions with customers and colleagues
