Accountant I
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the remote Accountant I will manage month-end close processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP while collaborating with finance staff to resolve critical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to a tight general ledger month-end close process and record monthly journal entries accurately
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger account balances, including intra-company payables and receivables
- Assist with internal control evaluations and provide support for compliance and audit inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of related experience with a strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Must be a US citizen
