Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote contract Accounting Advisor will manage a portfolio of members, execute monthly closes, and deliver exceptional financial guidance while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Categorize high-volume transactions and optimize automated bank feeds for accuracy
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly and prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements
- Partner with Member Relations and Tax teams to streamline accounting workflows and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA, CB, or CPB a bonus
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and tax principles
- Tech-forward mindset with experience in cloud-based accounting tools and automated workflows
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively
