Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with transactional matching, and support month-end close tasks while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle AP invoice entry, vendor record maintenance, and payment processing
• Assist with AR customer invoicing and inquiries, along with matching transactions to payment data
• Support month-end close activities by running reports and maintaining schedules

Required qualifications

• Completed or in-progress accounting degree
• Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Strong data entry skills and general understanding of GL accounting
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good command of English, both oral and written
