Job Summary
To support the Group's ERP implementation and ongoing business transformation, the remote Accounting Methodology & Automation Manager will manage the development of accounting methodologies, design automation processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure efficient accounting practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accounting methodology for various business models and transactions across the Group
- Design accounting rules and define data requirements for automating accounting processes in ERP and 1C
- Translate business scenarios and process changes into accounting requirements and technical specifications for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in accounting methodology or process automation
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15, focusing on revenue recognition
- Practical experience with ERP systems or 1C, including understanding accounting logic and document flows
- Experience translating business requirements into accounting methodology and technical specifications
