Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day delivery of Managed Services engagements, the full-time hybrid Accounting Consultant will execute recurring finance and accounting processes, including invoice processing, transaction entry, and account reconciliations while collaborating with client teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform recurring finance and accounting activities, including invoice entry, accounts payable processing, and account maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end close activities through reconciliations, transaction processing, and preparation of supporting schedules
• Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to resolve transaction-processing and accounting issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, accounts payable, or related finance operations
• Experience with high-volume recurring accounting activities, including invoice processing and transaction entry
• Familiarity with month-end close and general ledger accounting activities
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay or order-to-cash finance processes
• Ability to work within established accounting procedures and internal controls
