Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Managing accounting functions for multiple clients, the part-time Accounting Manager will oversee full-cycle month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and tax compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial statements and budget vs actual analysis
- Assist with financial modeling and forecasting for clients
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA is a plus
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Experience with software solutions such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology or professional services environment
