Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager, the full-time remote role will manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and develop scalable processes to support operational excellence as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee revenue reporting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and managing invoicing and collections
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and financial forecasting while developing a small analyst team

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with full close cycle ownership
• Solid general ledger background with revenue recognition experience under ASC 606
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Stripe, with advanced skills in Google Sheets
• Demonstrated use of AI in accounting processes, with a focus on automation
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred, with SaaS or technology industry experience a plus
