Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Leading a dynamic accounting team, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close processes, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead month-end close activities, including variance analyses and oversight of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Manage the preparation of schedules for the 10Q and 10K financial reporting process while supporting internal and external audits
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, including public accounting experience
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Prior management experience within an accounting role
- Experience with large ERP systems such as Workday Finance or Oracle
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
