Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the month-end close and financial reporting processes, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee accounts receivable, cash management, and compliance with local accounting standards while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the monthly closing process and financial reporting for European entities
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, including customer invoicing and payment allocation
• Act as the main point of contact for statutory audits and local accounting partners in Belgium, Hungary, and France

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local accounting regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end closing processes
• Familiarity with VAT and corporate tax compliance in Belgium
