Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing assigned areas of the general ledger, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger accounting and month-end close
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, including SOX requirements
• Experience in reviewing accounting deliverables and leading close activities
• CPA preferred but not required
