Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support our enterprise division, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will oversee billing, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliation while supervising a team of three and ensuring compliance with global accounting practices.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including billing and accounts payable
- Lead the monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions across 21 international subsidiaries
- Oversee the accurate processing of commissions for the sales and client services teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and familiarity with Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and international accounting regulations preferred
