Job Summary
Leading the budgeting and expense oversight processes, the full-time Accounting Manager will partner with department heads to develop and analyze operating budgets, provide strategic financial insights, and serve as the liaison between accounting and tax departments in Nashville.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to develop annual budgets aligned with company objectives
- Monitor actual spending against budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights
- Deliver regular reporting and analytics to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities for cost optimization
Required qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in accounting
- B.S. degree in accounting or a related financial field
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- CPA certification is encouraged
- Experience supervising staff, including interns
