Accounting Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to provide functional and managerial support to the regional finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of 10 accountants
- Oversee month-end financial close process and ensure adherence to accounting principles
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare variance analysis reports, and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (master's or CPA preferred)
- Five years of related accounting experience in healthcare preferred
- Three years of managerial experience preferred
- Strong general ledger and monthly closing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with planning/reporting software preferred
