Accounting Manager (CPA Preferred)

Job Summary

To support a high-performing finance team, the full-time Accounting Manager (CPA Preferred) will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and manage reporting processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee core accounting functions, including journal entries, month-end close processes, and financial reporting
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying errors and implementing corrections as necessary
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team while assisting with audits and compliance tasks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
