Accounting Manager - Intercompany

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager - Intercompany contractor, the role will be performed remotely on a full-time basis, focusing on intercompany accounting, transfer pricing operations, SAP process stabilization, and business integration while executing and improving established recurring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end intercompany processes, including billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and settlement
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, investigating discrepancies and coordinating timely resolutions
• Integrate acquired entities into intercompany and transfer pricing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Five to eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience, particularly in intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of transfer pricing accounting and execution is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and system implementation projects
