To support a growing loyalty program, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager - Loyalty Programs will manage accounting responsibilities including deferred revenue, points liability, and reward note reconciliation, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reconciling loyalty program liabilities and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards
- Tracking point/note activity through monthly accruals and reconciling data with the general ledger
- Preparing financial reports and providing audit support related to the loyalty program
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Accounting
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with complex contractual and accounting issues in high-growth business models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Proven track record of exercising sound judgment in analysis and leadership
