Accounting Manager, Payments Revenue

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time Accounting Manager, Payments Revenue will manage the billing and revenue recognition processes for payments and platform services, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for payment transactions, including reconciliation and reporting
• Lead and develop the payments revenue accounting team, setting priorities and evaluating performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve variances and drive process improvements in payment operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on payment processing or transactional revenue
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in NetSuite or Zuora preferred
