Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the financial operations and monthly close processes, the full-time Accounting Operations Manager will manage revenue recognition, internal reporting, and cross-functional finance inquiries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Oversee treasury and cash management, including cash forecasting and vendor payment processes
• Act as the main point of contact for all finance-related inquiries and drive operational improvements across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Deep understanding of GAAP, especially ASC 606
• Hands-on experience running monthly close procedures and meeting reporting requirements
• Familiarity with accounting software and strong spreadsheet skills (e.g., Quickbooks, Google Sheets)
