Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, oversee external accounting partnerships, and optimize accounts receivable processes to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and aging reporting
• Monitor and enhance receivables performance, focusing on collection timelines and reimbursement trends
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations with hands-on monthly close process management
• Strong background in accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash reconciliation
• Experience managing outsourced accounting firms or third-party financial services
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll administration through platforms like Rippling
• Ability to develop accounting policies and internal controls effectively
